Terrarium Workshop at ALKEMI Store, Crystal Palace, Sunday 21st September 2025 3pm - 4.30pm

See out the Summer and join us at for our first Cylinder workshop in a series at a new South London venue, one of our favourite stores - ALKEMI store in Crystal Palace.

Introducing ALKEMI Studio.

Beginning September 2025, we’re excited to launch ALKEMI Studio — a new monthly workshop series hosted in our Crystal Palace store. Inspired by our philosophy of beautiful objects for everyday life, ALKEMI Studio offers an opportunity to explore the art of craft through hands-on sessions led by skilled makers and creatives. Each month, we’ll engage with traditional techniques and thoughtful materials, celebrating the process of making as much as the finished piece.

Join us to slow down, connect, and create.

We will start the workshop with an introduction into the history and science behind Terrariums, followed by a demo and then the rest of the session is up to you to get stuck in and make your own to take home and watch grow!

Please either select the Tiny Cylinder or Small Ficus Cylinder - please note only the small Ficus Cylinder will be given a Ficus Ginseng tree (plus Fittonia and Moss), the Tiny Cylinder can only hold Fittonia, Ferns and Moss) 

If two people would like to attend and make one terrarium between them then please select the vessel of your choice and then a 'bring a plus one' ticket to allocate the second seat.

The workshop will last approximately 60-90 minutes, please arrive on time and get in touch if you're running late!
